Paleo Spaghetti


In between following a SCD/Paleo diet, then later figuring out that I’m gluten intolerant, I had basically written off ever being able to enjoy spaghetti again. Fortunately, I have managed to find replacements for almost every comfort food I used to eat, this one being no different. Meals like this aren’t a staple for me, but sometimes you just want meals you grew up eating.


  • 1-2 Spaghetti squash
  • 2lbs grass-fed beef
  • Trader Joe’s Marinara Sauce (The type made with olive oil)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 large onion

Directions paleo marinara

1. Brown meat in skillet with diced onions

2. Add Marinara sauce

3. Polk holes in Spaghetti squash and microwave for 10 minutes, then rotate and microwave another 10 minutes.

4. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove seeds with a fork. spaghetti squash

5. Fork out the squash
